Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all diary products including leather diaries, cardboard diaries, and other handmade or crafted diary items.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handmade nature are not considered defects.

3. Return Process

  • Customers must contact support with order details and clear images of the product issue.
  • Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Option

  • In case of damage or defect, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Important Notes

  • Natural variations in handmade diary products are expected and are not eligible for return.
  • The final decision on all return/refund requests rests with the support team based on inspection.
